If your prints arrive damaged or there's an issue with print quality, we're here to help. Here's what you need to know:
Full reprint or refund if prints arrive damaged
Must report within 7 days of delivery

Return shipping covered by us
No returns for standard quality prints
No refunds for user errors or composition choices
Can't return due to "didn't like how photo turned out"
Report within 14 days of expected delivery
Full refund or reprint offered
Delivery tracking confirmation required
Different colour reproduction not considered defective
