"App": Refers to the Paperlater mobile application.

"User" or "You": Refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Paperlater app. mobile application.

"Service": Refers to the features and functionalities provided by the app, including photo development and printing services.

"Company" or "We": Refers to the operators of Paperlater.

To use Paperlater, you must be at least 18 years old. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. The Company reserves the right to verify your age and suspend accounts if this condition is not met.

By using the app, you confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.

The app is intended for personal use only. Users may not use the app for any commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Company.

You are responsible for ensuring your account credentials remain secure. Paperlater will not be responsible for unauthorized access to your account.

By using Paperlater, you retain ownership of the photographs you upload or take within the app. However, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, print, and ship your photos as part of the service.

You warrant that the content you upload complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

The Company reserves the right to refuse to process content that is deemed offensive, inappropriate, or illegal. For clarity, 'offensive' content includes but is not limited to hate speech, violent imagery, and explicit material. If illegal content is uploaded, the Company reserves the right to contact local authorities and provide them with the necessary information.

After completing a roll of film, whether or not you choose to print the photos, the Company will store your images for a maximum of six months. After this period, the images will be permanently deleted from our servers.

All prices for the services are displayed within the app and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment provider. By using Stripe, you agree to their terms of service and privacy policy, which can be found on their website. The Company does not store your payment details.

The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time but will notify users in advance of any changes.

Printed photos will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. The Company will not be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors. Delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, strikes, or customs delays, are not the responsibility of the Company. However, we will assist in providing information to help resolve such issues where possible.

Refunds are only issued in cases where the service provided is defective or does not match the description. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your prints. For more information view our returns policy.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been sent to print.

The Company provides the app and its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app or its services.

All trademarks, logos, and materials associated with the Paperlater app are the property of the Company and may not be used without our prior written consent.

The Company is committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is collected, stored, and used. Your data is processed and stored on servers located in the Netherlands and Belgium, ensuring compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

The Company reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the app or via email.

Continued use of the app after changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. If you are an international user, you are responsible for complying with local laws applicable to your use of the app. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
